INNER CHILD & SHADOW WORK - SEPTEMBER 2022

 

True healing occurs when we operate from our authentic, whole selves; when unconscious parts of our psyche no longer govern our emotions and actions. These parts are our inner children and shadow selves, projecting their beliefs, patterns, behaviours adopted through our childhood and past traumas. 
 
This workshop will teach you how to

- identify your inner child  and shadow self 
- tools and processes to heal the inner child and shadow self through the mind and body 
- integrate new thought patterns and behaviours  
- continue the journey of self work 

WORKSHOP STARTS SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 10 2022

This workshop is scheduled with online sessions over the weekend, open houses and enough time to put into practice  the various tools and processes taught during the sessions. Supporting the main sessions are Open Houses, which are spaces for discussion, sharing, and learning not just from each other, but refining and deepening the practices and processes done during the week. Attendance to all sessions is mandatory even though recordings are provided through the entire period of the workshop.

All sessions will be held from 2.30 pm - 5.30 pm on Zoom. 

Open Houses will last approximately for an hour and will be held from 4.00 pm - 5.00 pm

Please note: it is mandatory to attend any one of the two introductory sessions before signing up for the workshop.
