REIKI LEVEL 1

The Reiki Level One/Two are each held over two consecutive  days for 4 hours on each day. Each level of Reiki is followed by a 21 day cleansing period - which allows the energy to integrate and gives us an opportunity to self heal and detoxify physically and emotionally during the process as well. 

At level one,  this is a 21 day cleanse - which requires 90 min of daily practice and abstinence from smoking, alcohol and non-veg (eggs are allowed).  At level 2 the cleanse becomes 15 min and heals deeper at the emotional and mental level. The cleanse is done at your time, over the 21 day period, starting immediately, from the following day (ideally) of the class. Please do ensure that you can commit to this 21 day self healing journey. 

 

This is a certified class. It will cover an understanding of Reiki, its origins and basic spiritual ideas and principles that help us deepen our practice and self - awareness. We then understand energy, and our own energy body - the auras and chakras. The second day is spent experiencing energy, and working with reiki to learn to heal ourselves and working on each other.

INNER CHILD & SHADOW WORK : AUG - SEPT 2024

 

INNER CHILD & SHADOW WORK

LEVEL ONE

AUGUST - SEPTEMBER 2024

True healing occurs when we operate from our authentic, whole selves; when unconscious parts of our psyche no longer govern our emotions and actions. These parts are our inner children and shadow selves, projecting their beliefs, patterns, behaviours adopted through our childhood and past traumas. 
 
This workshop will teach you how to

- identify your inner child  and shadow self 

- understand how the body and mind respond to childhood experiences 

- somatic exercises to bring body awareness and heal at deeper levels 

- connect with your inner child 
- tools and processes to heal the inner child and shadow self through the mind and body 

The level 1 workshop will introduce you to processes and philosophies of self healing. We need to work on our adult thinking patterns to help our inner children. You will be equipped to work on yourself and process and integrate many of the unresolved childhood experiences. However please do note that this is not a practitioner training and you will need the support of a trained therapist to be able to take you through processing some of the experiences that have impacted you deeply. 

Attendance to all sessions is mandatory even though recordings are provided through the entire period of the workshop.

Supporting the main sessions are Open Houses, which are spaces for discussion, sharing, and learning not just from each other, but refining and deepening the practices and processes done during the week. Attendance to all sessions is mandatory even though recordings are provided through the entire period of the workshop.
