The Reiki Level One/Two are each held over two consecutive days for 4 hours on each day. Each level of Reiki is followed by a 21 day cleansing period - which allows the energy to integrate and gives us an opportunity to self heal and detoxify physically and emotionally during the process as well.
At level one, this is a 21 day cleanse - which requires 90 min of daily practice and abstinence from smoking, alcohol and non-veg (eggs are allowed). At level 2 the cleanse becomes 15 min and heals deeper at the emotional and mental level. The cleanse is done at your time, over the 21 day period, starting immediately, from the following day (ideally) of the class. Please do ensure that you can commit to this 21 day self healing journey.
This is a certified class. It will cover an understanding of Reiki, its origins and basic spiritual ideas and principles that help us deepen our practice and self - awareness. We then understand energy, and our own energy body - the auras and chakras. The second day is spent experiencing energy, and working with reiki to learn to heal ourselves and working on each other.
The class will be held on July 15-16, 2023 (Saturday - Sunday) from 11.30 am - 4.30 pm on both days. The energy exchange for Reiki Level One is INR 12000.
